Hours of Operation:
Traditional Shotokan Karate is a Japanese
style of karate that emphasizes discipline, concentration, respect, mental
and spiritual development. Through practice you will learn not only an effective
method of self-defense but you will improve your health by becoming more
physically and mentally fit. Traditional Shotokan Karate is for all ages
and class instruction can be individualized so you can go at your own pace.
Before you know it you will be moving along with the more advanced students.
Great for youngster's to learn discipline, respect, and to focus on tasks
at hand. Come see a class in session or call us for any questions you have
at 401-692-1213. Classes are 6:00pm o 7:00pm for children (Minimum age is
8 years and up) and 7:00pm to 8:00pm for adults. Come by and see what we
can offer for you!
